This week we are going to study the two ways that cells divide: mitosis and meiosis. They have different purposes but are definitely related to one another. You’ll see.
Your online task this week is to download and complete this web activity. One tip is to do the mitosis part first (and do a good job with it). You will need this knowledge to really understand meiosis.
I would like you to use the blog to post questions you have for me and for each other as you are working through this material.

Mr. ardito- i wasn’t sure how to turn the adobe thing into a word document, if thats even possible

All you have to do is open the adobe thing, then choose “select all” and “copy.” Now, open a blank Word document and selection “Paste” and you’re done.

Thank you, i tried doing this though, but it wouldnt copy- maybe its because i have the slowest computer in american history -ill try it again later

ok umm the first activity wouldn’t open but the flash animation is so fun to watch! this was an eaier way of seeign the stages more broken down. If you watch it fast then you get an Idea of how it REALLY looks!
